We at Zach’s Rays of Hope work with others in the unhoused community to provide complete Zach Packs for the homeless. We know this is just a temporary source of help for these individuals, until we can all work together for permanent solutions. Our Zach Pack’s that our donors help us provide are made up of tents, sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, water bottles, hand warmers, safety whistles, flashlights, hygiene items, socks, gloves, beanies, scarves and a Bible if they choose to take one. We can provide these for a cost of less than 100 usually. A donation of just 8 dollars a month for a year will provide one complete backpack to an individual. A tent can be provided for a donation of 20, sleeping bags for 10, for less than five dollars we can supply a beanie and scarf. We can do so much working together. Money is tight , so if you can not afford to donate, we understand. You can help us in other ways that are so appreciated by just spreading the word, or volunteering.
